About this listen

By working together, Henry Sato and Jason Booth have managed to survive their unwanted trip to Ludus, an experiment planet. However, Delvers LLC has made some enemies...if monsters, bandits, mages, criminals, bounty hunters, and even dark cults can be called, "some enemies."

After their latest battle, the two have been separated and must adapt or die. Henry in particular faces a trial by fire - perhaps literally - that may be impossible for him to overcome.

The two American men will face their greatest challenges yet while working as conscripted Berber Intelligence agents. But even while outnumbered, and most likely outgunned, the former veteran EMT and resilient IT programmer will be armed with modern Earth know-how.

Unknown horrors are descending on Ludus, but Delvers LLC won't go down without a fight.

Better than Expected

Any additional comments?

I really liked the first book of this series but was only luke-warm about the second so didn't have very high expectations for the third. Surprisingly this book was my favorite of the series and I am looking forward to the next book

Great read!!!

So far this is the best book in the series. Hands down. Non stop action and some great reveals. Aodh gets a lot of screen time. Recommended

Not the best, but still pretty good

Would you listen to Delvers LLC: Adventure Capital again? Why?

No. Very limited and narrow character growth. The story is very split and often times I question as to how certain scenes are particularly necessary for the overall plot or character growth. Rather than progressing the story it was dragged out.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

The magic system was the most interesting. While a bit confusing at points it was still interesting.

What about Jeff Hays’s performance did you like?

His overall performance I thought was great. Not only did he do a good job on character voices, but utilized what he could to increase the effect by adding in special effects when appropriate.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

I wouldn't make this into a movie.

Any additional comments?

The consequences of character actions and decisions were portrayed fairly well and there were a few fun moments that got me to laugh. I like this series and the characters within it. I just hope the author establishes a more balanced shift in POV throughout the next book.

Kick ass

I love these books and can’t wait for more. I enjoyed how all of the cast got massive power ups not just Jason and Henry. Keep them coming BC!!

Another win for Mr. Corvin.

The first two books of this series are great. The whole story is an original spin on the whole genre. This book though? Tense. Great narrator. Really great narrator. I wish the book would have been longer, but that is about the only negative thing I can say. It has a good ending and will leave you needing more, but won't leave you hanging. Great job Mr. Corvin. Love it.

Too many perspectives...

Good story overall but alot of the story is from side characters I don't care about. Need some focus on Henry and Jason. Maybe more from their wives but A and new girl and the others are slowing the story down in a fashion that isn't necessary for plot or even some basic character development.
