Simple and easy to follow
The tools and steps in here are simple and easy to follow but it has made an immediate impact. I have been finding myself thinking about these things on my spare time while I'm doing errands, meditating etc.

An excellent resource
This book is an excellent resource. It also explains the symptoms of PTSD, why it occurs and plenty of questions and steps to help reduce its symptoms. The steps are a little challenging and takes a lot of work but I HIGHLY recommend you go through all of them. I do want to add that this isn’t a book where you can do it in just a few days. It can be very intense, and triggering but I know it has helped me so so much.

Helpful book
I used this book with a relative of mine who has unfortunately was unable to attend sessions with a therapist. It seems to be helping by going through the exercises together. And helpful that there is someone else there to walk them through and talk or listen when needed.
