Great listen
One of the best ways to increase your EQ is to free up negative emotions and let go of grudges and the like. It’s difficult to practice but very essential! I found some useful tips in this audiobook that were a helpful reminder to get back on track with my personal development. Great listen, overall though some parts were a bit repetitive.

Why it can matter more than IQ, Driving with,to pick up distant better;a much better;a higher;a stronger;an improved">a higher mindfulness and to be able to control of my emotions when meddle with others. I needed to be able to memorize to use my feelings in a positive way rather than letting my feelings utilize me. Within the position that I am in this method is exceptionally imperative.
