Publisher's summary

The brothers are united, but storm clouds gather on the horizon. War has come to Dravith.

The Dark Legion have been beaten back, and for the first time, the brothers are allied against the savagery that the UnderVerse has thrown at them, but the storm clouds of war are gathering, and not everyone will see the sun rise again.

Jax has one chance to keep his people safe from the storm and the war that's building on the horizon, but it'll take balls of steel, brains of mince—and he's really going to need to be lucky as hell to pull this one off . . .

The Legion rises along with their Scion, buoyed aloft on waves of hope, but not all are as dedicated as they may seem, and a tiny pinprick can be all that makes the difference, when it's made at just the wrong time . . .

Series suffers from WOKE rhetoric and virtue signaling.

The author has several series set in different worlds. now that ive listens to 3. Its weird like every series is a re write using the same characters in different setting with different names.. There are a ton of good aspects. that make 1 good series but with the author reusing the same chacters it makes it all less.. There are way too many woke aspects of girl power and social justice.. yet the MC endlessly murders and robs people then has sex with enslaved servants.. then turns around and executes "rapists" who did the same. Author accuses every rich person of being evil and claims all poor people make society function. Author makes most female characters talk like drunk prostitutes but they are all power bosses... and endlessly harass any confident male character. Its a weird dynamic that the author uses that harms any sense of equality while pretending to trumpet for equality...
