Tell The Truth - to yourself and others
My biggest take away is to tell the truth, By not saying anything or setting boundaries or seeking help beyond books as a tool we are lying to ourselves and others who are caught in our web of codependent responses, control and behaviors. Trauma abuse and other life experiences that may cause codependency is not our fault. Don’t be hard on yourself. Just accept it and get well!
