If your busy and on the move daily it’s still good just tough to follow on the go. It’s tough to remember to go back to this book.

Don’t be scared to dig deep. This book will challenge you to examine your life, habits, and relationships around your self care. Carly masterfully digs deep. The changes you can create echo out far past loosing weight. This book should be a primer for anyone wanting to make changes in how they care for themselves.

There was good information in this book but unfortunately a lot of bias. It is clear the author leans toward a gluten free, low carb/no carb, sugar free diet. And forget being vegan or vegetarian. I appreciated the author’s honesty and stories about her own experiences. While I didn’t agree with everything and found myself rolling my eyes at certain points, I will say the author is relatable. Mostly I let it play in the background and was glad it was a freebie.
