A great read!!

BJ did a great job narrating this book. He is the most personal narrator I have ever listened to.

This book to me seems like an amazing companion to the book The Power of Habit. Tiny habits focuses more on the practical side of habits and how to develop them.

I would highly recommend!

Excellent

Even if you already have the print or Kindle version, you'll want to get this audiobook for the special preface it contains. The Tiny Habits method is a revolutionary, research-based approach to behavior change and it WORKS.

Excellent book, new proven techniques for change

I bought the physical book, but when I realized that it was an easier habit for me to listen to the audiobook, I got that also. I’m so glad I did. There’s an extra forward on audio that not in the book, and I could use both formats to absorb the information. The biggest insight is that you change better by feeling good than feeling bad, so there’s no need to beat yourself up when you are trying to build a new habit.
Highly recommend for both adding new habits to your life and detangling old habits.

NEED to Read!

This is a book people Need to read (listen to etc...) . Especially for those like myself who ADHD... I'm grateful this book was written & I was able to listen to it on audible. I was able to finish the book (& for me that an accomplishment). The author reading it gave a personal touch (you would get any other way). Tiny Habits is going to help alot of people...
P.S. Its beyond rare for me to write a review (I like to keep to myself)... that's how strong I felt about this, I honestly felt lead to let people know...

Life changing.

This is an incredible book.which I have read both on Audible and in book form. The author was.exveptional. I can't imagine anyone else being so engaging and relevant.

I forwarded the Audible link to it to several friends including one in Portugal. Don't miss this!

This book will move you to action

I bought this book because I wanted motivation on flossing instead it has moved me in a new direction I set up some recipes for success. For my children Thank you Amy for telling me your story. I got this
