This book is LIFE CHANGING! I consider myself organized and motivated, yet I always feel like I let people down and that I could do better. I also have felt like all I needed was more motivation. This book explains why that is not necessarily the case and that being scientific about the approach to habits is much more necessary than motivation. I just ordered the book and I plan to listen to the audible book again!

We all want to change. Most of us fail at those changes. This is the solution. In the short time that I have listened to this book I have easily implemented several tiny habits that are causing me to evolved. Positive habits compounded have exponential results. This is not a change your life fast gimmick. This is exactly how to change to maximize the one precious life we all have to the fullest. If you are even reading this review, you know that you have untapped potential that you are trying to unlock. Grateful for BJ for sharing this information to the work. Everything I’ve learned about habits up to this point in my life has been wrong. Listening to BJ’s book has already started to impact my life as I’ve been able to make changes that have long eluded me. I’m amazed and impressed at how simple it can be.

Finally, a hook that truly teaches you how to change your habits. I have read several books in the past about habit changing that didn’t teach me anything. This book actually gives you the tools and exercises and what he says is so simple and doable. I’m so glad I read this and I’m on my way to habit changing!

I've read and listened to a lot (probably hundreds) of self help / self improvement books over the last 20 years -- this one is possibly my favorite book of them all. The author is very knowledgeable and his methods actually work. This is not some change your life quick method that is doomed to fail. He gives you real insight on how to make real and lasting changes. I just loved it -- his methods help you feel successful and happier the more you put them into practice. Thank you so much to the author for this excellent book!

I was skeptical going into this audiobook. I had read a lot about habits before and was not expecting much new. Boy was I surprised. This was an absolute gamechanger. The Tiny Habits method is something that really works. I've tried it myself. I would highly recommend this audiobook to anyone. While the method can get a bit complicated while listening, the pdf included with the audiobook is invaluable. Make sure you use it. Good job BJ!
