The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

This Book Seems Systematic and Listenable Weekly.
Ideas such as temptation-bundling, setting goals based on personal history while not having excessively high or low expectations, missions being worthwhile, and discomfort needing to be tolerated sound helpful.
However, the 70/40 rule looks like it's based on arbitrary thinking. Colin Powell may have had a valid point about having between 40-70% of the info before a decision must be made, except how do you know what equals 70% and 40% when the information total may not be quantifiable?

precise, clear and to the point.
Amazing book that didn't drone on or was filled with ego. it lays out steps easily and warns readers of the pitfalls they will encounter. this isn't a book that will tell doing the bare minimum or doing nothing is okay. this book will require the reader to engage with their thought processes and analyze their shortcomings to better themselves.

Excellent read/listen
Great tips on how to go about staying focused on the desired results. I was enlightened on what mistakes I was doing to inhibit my progress on finishing tasks and projects and I was able to immediately put what I learned into action.
