Inspirational and really worth listen
I was looking up forest bathing on TikTok where they mentioned this book! I found this guide so helpful for self-care. What an amazing guide on what it is and how forest bathing works. Take time to listen to this book and enjoy this activity while you go for walks in nature. Right away you will feel better. Take time to breath the fresh air while the amazing narration takes over you. Highly recommended! A must for all that want this activity in their lives. I have now listened to others in this category and this one is by far my favorite.
