This book is so inspiring. If every senior did this every day for 15 minutes, they wouldn't feel like seniors. Even people in wheelchairs should try this. Tons of excellent information in this one.
I have aging parents, and I often help them with things. I wanted to be able to help them with their physical fitness as well, so I downloaded this. There are def parts I'm going to play for them, but I'm also going to show them a few of the techniques I've learned. This will also help ME in the long run. Glad I found this one.

It is practical and manageable for seniors with weak muscles and energy. This handbook helps seniors who are losing muscles follow every step easily and with less hardship. It will relieve some physical pain and stretching, and exercise will strengthen the mind's muscles. Negative emotions will disappear, and a more positive mindset can be achieved.

Perfect starter for my granny!
Chair is the easiest tool to use for exercises especially for seniors. I really liked the detail yet easy directions to follow while listening. Not hard for elders who can't do more than 15 minutes of exercising - my grandma enjoyed it and we found ourselves feeling lighter after a few sessions. Nice for family activities as well as those who don't like tog et out of house for exercises.

Great gift for my mother-in-law
I got this for my mother-in-law because she’s been looking for something gentle to help with her mobility. She’s not into gyms or intense workouts, so this felt like a good fit. She started doing it every morning and actually looks forward to it now. She says it helps her feel looser and more relaxed. I’ve noticed she seems more upbeat, too. It’s been a nice way for her to stay active without feeling overwhelmed.
