Wonderful plan for health and beauty

If you follow all the advice in here, your life will be changed and you will be much healthier and physically attractive.

It’s a little hard to follow as an audiobook even with a PDF, so I’m going to be end up buying the book too.

The author narrates. She has a nice voice, and she does ok, but she reads a little slowly. Would have been better with a professional.

Excited to start!

The way the information is presented and the rhythm of the plan she has laid out feels very natural. I loved being able to absorb the information while doing mindless house chores and driving. I ordered the paperback book as well. I want to be able to quickly refer back to pages when needed. I also wanted to be able to take the sleep quiz and all the worksheets for tracking progress. Unfortunately, those were not included in the PDF. Really though, it was great hearing the book in the authors voice. Furthermore, I was able to listen to the book in just a day and a half and can start the plan sooner than I would have if I had to find time to sit down and read. I am excited to start Glow15!!!

Buy the Hard Copy

If I am just reviewing content then it gets 5 stars. But, and I cant stress this enough, DONT do the audible version!! #1 There is so much information and the "Attached PDF" only gives you recipes and exercises (theres a sleep quiz that is missing and online you have to jump through some hoops to get it). #2 Oh the authors voice :( Dont get me wrong, she has a lovely voice but she speaks slowly and tries to pronounce every word with perfect english when it is obvious she has an accent. Sometimes it makes the sentences feel broken up because she pauses constantly in an attempt to have perfect pronunciation. If she would embrace her accent and speak more naturally it would make the audible version more enjoyable. Otherwise the plan is working for me so far, I would stress that you research Keto and Intermittant Fasting prior to reading to help by pass some questions. I love that she doesnt constantly tell you what you cant eat instead she emphasizes what you can eat and how it is beneficial. This however could be confusing for some people, it may give you the impression that you just have to add her recommendations to your current diet.

Great Book, Audio version imperfections

At the time of this review, the Audible version has recorded overlap repetition in 4 places. It's not enough to convince one not to get the audio version. The author does a nice read, however, information that's in the book, was not provided in the Audible version OR the accompanying PDF. If you want a complete guide, you'll need to buy the Kindle version or hard copy version. The PDF provided with the Audible file does contain recipes and exercises, but I wish it had the other items that are integral to the program or skipped over in the reading, especially the research sources referenced.

Purchase the book not the audio

You should purchase the actual book and not just audio. I feel like I missed out on a lot because I don’t have the book. The pdf does not have everything that it should from the book to really get out of it what you want.

I live in the real world and no.. 👎

I'm mixed about this book. Author narrates and she is clearly a mathematical person..and a human calculator. I thought this would be an enjoyable book.. Boy was I wrong. I am NOT willing to live a lifestyle that is too careful about when I can eat.. In order to achieve maximum nutritional absorbtion 24/7. Mainly because I'm too hungry 24/7 and I hold food near and dear to my ..being!
I understand her concepts... And does makes complete sense. However.. The fact that her proscribed method of eating at specific times and then not eating much.. Which creates "stress upon body" that forces cells to work and renew quicker.. (Due to the diet, and timing of intake)..causes body to repair itself in a way that is essentially.. gonna reflect your outward appearance and cause a beautiful complexion and make you feel amazing and look younger. She has this food science down pat.. And yes I bet what she recommends will deploy a magical health explosion in ones body. However, I shant EVER deprive myself of food( I do not want to "fast)" . I exercise and include healthy food in my diet. I like herbal teas, and have a juicer I use a few times a wk. . Of course I'd like to eat perfect.. But perhaps this book feels a bit overwhelming to me right now. It is just full of soo much info. I got to chapter 6 and just need a break to process the info.

Valuable Content

I thought the content of the book was good and valuable resource. It was nice to see some well laid out facts on the latest information on autophagy regarding diet and exercise along with benefits of fasting. However I felt there was a lot of filler but if have time does make for an interesting read if you want that much background. There was lot of repetition but perhaps to the uninformed it would help get the content across. Of felt the meat and potatoes of info was from Audibles chapter 9 and on.

Excellent Living Plan

This plan really helps with feeling good. The author explains things in moderately scientific language, this is something I prefer. I like a substantive explanation and methodology. May not be the book for someone who wants a simple, lower effort eating plan. My only complaint is with audible you don't get all the charts, lists, and questionnaire-that are referenced. All Recipes and Exercise graphics are included with the PDF.

The information is interesting...

The information presented was interesting and worth the purchase but I would recommend buying a hardcopy-- the audio was a little brutal, I can only imagine the level of work that goes into producing this kind of product but being as though it is narrated by the author it seemed non-geniune. Where's the passion and enthusiasm? Where's the authenticity? I don't know just my opinion...

Staying young and healthy.

The extensive research and testing that was done for this book is impressive. But more so because the author emphasized staying healthy. I’m committed to the process.
