Great info but…

This is great information. Lots of it. But it’s painful to listen to. The author reads the book as if she is surprised by what she’s reading. Her tone keeps going up in the middle of a sentence as if she’s asking if she’s reading it correctly. Unfortunately it makes it difficult to follow, however it is worth the time.

Lots of takeaways

I enjoyed the information in this book. Lots of “food” for thought, lol!

There are quite a few improper fluctuations within sentence structures, along with some mispronunciations, but if you can get past that, there are some eye opening moments within.

Engage in everything Naomi Whittel!

I love Naomi Whittel. She is inspiring and encouraging. She also provides excellent information and resources in her books. The recipes alone are worth buying this book. Thank you, Naomi for being awesome.

Can not see I. Library

Besides not able to see I. Library. The author states there is attached material to follow plan but there is no attachment available. Love the topic and narration but definitely not happy with access to book and attachment

Great book for beginners

The audience she speaks to are clearly fat and sugar addicted. Not for me who has been on keto for almost two years but was hoping to pick up some tips to improve on fiber. I am also vegetarian and the diet is meat.
