I was breathing waiting for a sign that the 10 mint ended. I expected some kind of Sound or maybe the guide will say something but there was nothing after a while I realized that the audio has already ended. Otherwise it was good and clear and Dr. Daniel voice is calming as usual. And after finishing the stressing I was feeling has already dissappeared

It ended with out warning

I recommend it for anyone who wants a simple way to start a daily meditation practice. After you get going, you may look for advanced references by Dr. Siegel or other authors.

Simple, nice meditation guide

I like the metaphor of the mind being an ocean and finding that calm deep within. I do not like how it just ends.

Calming

This was a really short, calming meditation that helped me center myself a bit. Left me wanting more but will be really good when I need something brief to help me regain control of my emotions.

Good, short practice.

This is an excellent short meditation, especially for times when you feel agitated or out of focus. Be aware, though, that there's no sound, like a bell, to signal the ending. The recording ends with a period of silence, and it's up to you to decide how long to continue.

Excellent short meditation
