Excellent listen!
This is the first Audiobook I have felt compelled to review. I wondered how so many hormones could be discussed thoroughly in a relatively short time, so I considered buying Audiobooks on each individual hormone.
Then I read the reviews. I am so glad I did! Each hormone was discussed, along with things that negatively affect it and things that can be done to improve symptoms naturally. There was also a bit of information about which glands are involved in the production of the hormones, but not overly detailed from a medical aspect.
This information is straightforward and neither over-simplified nor over complicated.
I listened straight through, and will now listen and take notes! Then I plan on incorporating the information in this book.

Has the answers I was looking for
I've been looking for 4 months now for answers to some serious health issues. Dr's aren't going to have these answers... they put band aids on health issues so I'm one that searches out my own answers to solve (not band aids) my problems. I don't want a pill for every ill I want SOLUTIONS. I found several in this Audible of the book(s) entitled the same. I'm in the process of starting BLE Bright Line Eating in hopes to solve several issues. I've started a journal to help find solutions to others. This short audible version of "Happiness Habits" hit the nail on the head in so many ways. Told me things I hadn't found other places. I wasn't going to buy it cause it was only 2 hrs... the book is far more expensive and has 3 books in it. This narrows it down considerably I think. I've ordered the book(s) but they haven't gotten here yet so I'm not sure in my assumption. This explains things well and pulls puts things together so nicely. Be sure to have pen and paper to write down what you will need to do to get to the other end of your health. I'm excited to know what to do for my health both body and mind. I now have hope in getting well. May you also.

Too many errors
This book said lyrics from Don’t Worry Be Happy were written by Bob Marley instead of Bobby McFerrin and that a method of increasing serotonin was brain “entertainment “ instead of entrainment -I couldn’t trust anything else so I stopped listening.
