Always had issues with living in the present - I was always overthinking, dwelling on the past and wondering about the future. Which is quite a horrible way to live. This book taught me, finally, how to let go a little. I am not perfect, but genuinely and honestly, I am more present in the current moment than I have ever been. Full marks.
Changed a lot

Important in the way that we all need to learn how to live without so much worry, anxiety, stress etc
Accessible in the way that it is NOT full of medical terms or unrealistic advice - the advice is accessible, easy to understand and it works. This really is a great book and one I have been recommending to everyone.
An important but accessible book
