This book really does help
Going through a break up is probably one of the hardest things that can happen to you, even if some people say otherwise. Personally, that's how I felt . This books has tips that I didn't even know I needed to hear. It helped me put life into perspective and realize that everything will get better; its only a matter of how you look at things. I feel stronger and happier after listening to this and understanding that everyone goes through the same thing I went through, and that there are ways to get over it. I learned a lot about my relationship and myself after listening to this book.

There were some nuggets in here. I enjoyed it. I am going to use the suggestions. The pictures was a great suggestion and writing down the things you NEED to remember when you really NEED to remember it--priceless!! The brain really will rewrite the story!
