Any additional comments?

I have been a smoker for 11 years and tried to quit many times. There are many good tips in this book but unless you are listening to it constantly it is very hard to actually quit using this book alone. It helped me cut back but I could not quit entirely based on the advice in this book. It DID get me to think a lot about quitting and realize how much I wanted to quit and I don't regret listening to it. It also made me hold myself accountable for quitting and not push blame on others or make excuses for smoking. Listening to this book and trying it did put me in the right state of mind to actually quit, but it wasn't until I combined some of that mentality with nicotine replacement therapy (which the book advises against) was I able to actually quit cigarettes 100%.
