Sappy story

I continued with this book because of the intriguing premise - a woman poised between life and death is able to observe all the people involved with solving the crime.
However, the narrator’s strange voice for both police officers sounded as though she had a mouthful of marbles - such an odd choice for Idaho cops - and the last stages of the story were sickly sweet.
Overall, do not recommend.
