Sugar is Good For You?
Mr. Lott, makes a pretty good argument. Before you start that detox program, you may want to listen to this. It gets a little scientificey at times, but the main jest is what is important. We are always looking for one culprit and today that is sugar. It used to be meat. It used to be bread. It used to be potatoes.
I am guessing that we just need to eat a rounded diet. My wife and I went to Europe some years ago and in two weeks, I never saw a fat person. What we found, was that for breakfast it was normal to eat a little cheese, a little fish, a little meat, a little bread, etc, In America we want to eat one thing, so we don't get the nutrient we need and we get fat and we get sick.
