Enjoyed this book. Can hardly wait to read book 4.
I really liked the way the author portrayed the justice system at the end of the book.

Excellent continuation in this series.

As usual, this Joe Dillard story is packed full of excitement. and I learn something new everytime I read one. The descriptions of the countryside makes me want to go there so bad.
Joe Dillard is a refreshing character. He is mostly as honest as they come, but there's that little grey area and I mean real little. I hope that one of Mr. Pratt's children can continue their Dad's legacy. If not, I will be sad to say goodbye to the last in the series. Until then I plan on listening to the rest of them real slow. I also need to put in a good word for the narrator for the Joe Dillard series. He has a real nice voice.

Great Book!

I'm normally a John Grisham fan but decided to try Scott Pratt and I enjoy him just as much. I love this character Joe Dillard and cannot wait to move on to book number 4.

Easy to listen to.

Great storyline, it kept me glued to it as I listened, I can't for the next one, as I'm reading 😀 😄 I'm looking forward to the next book

Justice is slow, but steady

I have fallen in love with these characters and the author does a tremendous job of giving your vision into the story and being able to see it as it unfolds. I just wish he didn’t have to be so inhumane to animals in all of these books. The story could be told without it.

Can you not kill and maim so many animals
