Great recipes for anyone on keto, not just those avoiding dairy. This cookbook goes way beyond protein with some yummy vegetable and dessert recipes. Try the eggplant marinara or the stuffed poblano peppers! Yum!!! I was given this book for an honest review.

I purchased this book because I’m on maternity leave and would like to stay keto. Normally I cook every day, but it’s harder now. This book gave a lot of ideas on how to cook things ahead, use fewer dishes, gives ideas for paleo keto, and other options on how to make the recipe different. There’s no pictures, which can deter some people, but I’m ok with it. This has made it easier to stick with keto, have delicious meals while doing minimal work and clean up. We even had some of the ingredients for a few meals in the freezer already! This is my go to book right now.Love this keto diet makes me healthy!

Definitely not as cheap to shop but fresh and healthy is fresh and healthy. You have to maintain your body in good health, and eating the healthy foods is one of the surest ways to do so. I purchased this cookbook for my sister, who's been struggling with various health issues and decided to get a Kindle copy for myself since I feel like my weekly menu lacks not only diversity but the healthy food options too. I'm vegan, and this cookbook is a decent compliment to all the cookbooks I have already in my collection.

The Anti-Inflammatory Cookbook opened my eyes to how I can reform my diet to not endure as much inflammation. With a thorough explanation of foods that causes inflammation and those that are anti-inflammatory, I was amazed at the true effect of what you eat can truly make or break your health. Explaining how the inflammatory foods affect different parts and functions of the body was also useful information to include before getting into the recipes.

I must say that this book is very helpful for all people who want to try ketogenic or Intermittent Fasting. It ill show you the path to success in weight loss and explain the reasons due to which people fail in their attempts to lose weight. Definitely easier to keep control of calorie intake and I'm going to continue applying some of the principles set out in the book.
