An excellent book

An excellent book capturing the essence of intermittent fasting and keto diet. I suggest to have a deeper dive in both these directions, but this book gets the message across. Highly recommended.

The recipes look really good

The recipes look really good and before I read this book I've been avoiding full fat dairy and bacon. You should enjoy the food you eat and with this diet, I know I will. I've been eating too many foods high in carbs. Craving sugar every day. I'm ready to eat the keto way.

Great condensed book.

Great condensed book.The book clearly explained the difference between a Ketogenic Diet and IF; as well as the ultimate benefit reaped from combining the two. I particularly appreciated the Author’s comments regarding the timing in which to avoid the IF, if one is on the Keto Diet.

This book has great options anyone can try.

This book has great options anyone can try. I created my own. I fast for 18 hours. Eat for 6 hours--5 days a week. I've been doing this for a month now and I've lost 25 lbs. This is where I want to be. I'm staying on the diet because I like how it makes me feel.
