Great health audiobook, a must listen!!

Intermittent Fasting has the best tasting, healthy recipes. Every single recipe I've tried from this audio book is a winner. When I heat up leftovers at the office, coworkers swarm me - asking what smells so good. Authors recipes have introduced me to new, inexpensive ingredients that add lots of flavor. Well i like it!

I love Intermittent Fasting

Everything is so easy to make and I love that. It was so good. I'm really excited to be trying more recipes out. She has tons of different types of things to try and everything looks great. Yummy audiobook!

I am exceptionally happy with this audible!!

The audiobook spoke easily to listen and understand. This audiobook is a great tool to help you process and evaluate where your emotions originate great listen and excited to apply this to my daily life very simple.I am impressed with the wealth of knowledge that the author imparts and found the speaking very entertaining as well.
