Life Changing!
Excellent book! I felt like it was about my personal struggles with food (binging, emotional eating, unsuccessful diets and so on). Excited about my new journey toward intuitive eating. This book has changed the way I see food and it is changing the way I raise my children. I wish I had found it before in my life. I am glad I bought this book.
