Loved it

Thank you so much for this JoyFull book. I loved it. I also bought the hard copy and am going to listen for the 2nd time. Finished the audiobook in 1 days. It hooked me.

It’s Absolutely Amazing, Delicious and Life changing!

This is not your typical cookbook. It offers so much more. Radhi provides you with great knowledge and information about the delicious sub stainable meals as well as a complete lifestyle! The meals are easy to prepare not to mention healing. After trying out some of her recipes & lifestyle tips from her YouTube channel, I had to get the cookbook and I’m happy I did. As a Ayurveda beginner this book is perfect! I love everything about this book including the audiobook! Sending much gratitude, love & light. Highly recommend!

Positivity.

The positive eating habits help lead to positive health, positive mindfulness. Positive feelings at the beginning of the day carry forward to the evening and can do so with our eating practices.
