Short and simple
It gives the most simplistic way of getting to the meat of the diet. You can listen in one sitting and get the basics. Two chapters are spent on recipes (hope there is an accompanying pdf). If you don't want all the jargon and just want quick startup guide, get this book.
The narrator was breathy and sounded like he should be reading horror. Since the book is so short, it isn't too bad. I couldn't listen to the guy for more than a couple hours though.

Short book, but helpful information for those looking for menu ideas for the Ketogentic Diet.This life style means that I won't have to starve myself or go to extremes to experience targeted weight loss. Certainly for begginers
This is suitable for beginners in the Keto diet. I learned how to start with the diet and be able to sustain it until I get some satisfying results. Plus the recipes are amazing!

This is very good information and very helpful if you want to be successful in obtaining and maintaining ketosis. My advice would be if you read any other books about a ketogenic diet before starting a program, read this one along with it.

Wonderful Diet Guide!
