Best Ketogenic Diet

This book is easy to follow and explains so much about how the body works to burn fat! The shopping lists are key. And the recipes are fantastic.

Short and simple

It gives the most simplistic way of getting to the meat of the diet. You can listen in one sitting and get the basics. Two chapters are spent on recipes (hope there is an accompanying pdf). If you don't want all the jargon and just want quick startup guide, get this book.

The narrator was breathy and sounded like he should be reading horror. Since the book is so short, it isn't too bad. I couldn't listen to the guy for more than a couple hours though.

Informative guide

Short book, but helpful information for those looking for menu ideas for the Ketogentic Diet.This life style means that I won't have to starve myself or go to extremes to experience targeted weight loss. I can eat tasty foods and still get the desired effect. I got a lot of good recipes as well. I recommend this book for those needing to lose weight.suggested greatfully.............

Certainly for begginers

This is suitable for beginners in the Keto diet. I learned how to start with the diet and be able to sustain it until I get some satisfying results. Plus the recipes are amazing!

Recently, I saw celebrities who undergone Ketogenic diet and transformed. Been meaning to try it since then. Felt lucky as I found an audio book about the diet that includes not only the fundamentals but recipes I can enjoy.

This is very good information and very helpful if you want to be successful in obtaining and maintaining ketosis. My advice would be if you read any other books about a ketogenic diet before starting a program, read this one along with it.

Wonderful Diet Guide!

Good guide for people new to the ketogenic diet. Very informative and I can't wait to put what I learned to use in the near future. This diet makes a lot of sense. Happy I picked this one up when I did. Well put together diet book!

good beginner book

I've recently purchased three of the top-selling keto cookbooks, and I've found that I reach for this one time and time again while the others sit on the shelf. What makes this one so much better (in my opinion) is that it gives recipes for delicious, healthy meals that are fast and relatively simple to make.................awesome guide
