Excellent book for commercial real estate agents!

Easy to listen to and so many great points, I ordered the hard copy and downloaded the online workbook as well. Advice is so spot on, I just cannot recommend this book enough.

An Excellent Book for Anyone Who Wants to Grow Their Business!

I expected this to be a very good book, considering that it was highly recommended by people I respect, and since everything I’ve seen Rod Santomassimo put out over the years has been good. However, Knowing Isn’t Doing is bursting at the seams with fantastic advice, to a much greater extent than I had anticipated. For anyone looking to grow their business, this book is worth every penny, and more. Many of the concepts presented in this book are in alignment with books by Jim Collins, Donald Miller, Verne Harnish and other renowned authors. If you like their works, then you’ll enjoy this book.

Rod presents a very straightforward series of steps that can be implemented by any business person, whether they are in the beginning stages of business or are already extremely well established.

I would recommend purchasing a printed version of the book, to go with the audiobook. This will make it much easier for referencing certain chapters and steps in the future. And although I listened to this through Audible, I will be purchasing a printed copy as well.
