Leadership mindset 2.0

As I have become a manager I decided I needed to know more, so I started listening to leadership and self development books. This book is an amazing way to kickstart that journey it has been so helpful to me and I hope many more get what I have out of it!

Wise and practical - well worth the read!

I found this book very helpful. It has a great combination of guiding principles (e.g. authentic vs. ego self) and practical resources (e.g. steps for complex decision making). Examples from the author's life make the theories offered more human and relatable.

Leadershp Mindset 2.0 is relevant in a VUCA World

In "Leadership Mindset 2.0," Anderson challenges the traditional notions of leadership and proposes perspectives that are gaining more and more traction and are rooted not only in psychology and neuroscience but also in his personal experience with leading companies through good and challenging times.
His anecdotes and suggestions resonate very well with my experiences helping lead several startups to success.
Anderson outlines four key phases of growth leadership:

I have been in management for 13 years and could relate to every chapter in this book. This book will encourage you to continue to climbing the corporate ladder and give you the confidence to lead with greatness.

Lots of applicable insights for a variety of leadership topics.

Loved the content, variety, easy to apply nature of the material. This book covers the gamut of leadership topics for those new to leadership as well as those of us 20+ years in the role.

practical guidance

I enhoyed this audiobook a lot. it goes to the point, case studies are relatable, and the author's take on leading from the auténtico self versus ego are a good refresher of what success should really mean.. Practical tools provided and well thought exercises to help.make decisions. Overall good listen, recommended.
