Very informative book
It's a great informative book on the topic of Anger. Author went in detail. He explained all different types of Anger. It's causes as well as it's solution.
Narrator was great as well. Clear and smooth voice. I highly recommend this book to anyone.

An excellent resource
I found this audiobook incredibly helpful. I loved the authors detailed explanations and the narrator's calm and soothing voice.
I had no idea there were different types of anger and this book help me understand it better than I ever have. That in itself is worth the purchase of this book.
But there was so much more to it. This book does really provide actionable tools to help anyone manage their own anger and it also helps people to understand where others struggle.
The 60 simple ways are helpful, approachable, and really simple. It's a great way to take control of your emotions and improve your life.
I'm also grateful that the author provides a summary recap at the end of each chapter and at the end of the book. Nicely done.
Improve your life and the lives around you by listening to this book. I highly recommend it and I highly recommend listening more than once.

Helps A Lot With Anger
Even though I do not suffer from extreme anger problems, I still experience anger in my life. This book is filled with great strategies on how to control and manage. I also like how this book included a free anger management PDF log. I plan to use this and help reflect over any anger flares up I have.
I recommend this audiobook to everyone! Even if you do not suffer from anything serious.

Great ideas and plan!
Lots of great info on this book. I have utilized some of these strategies myself for awhile now. There are also some I never heard of before. Will try to implement a few more next time I get angry. It doesn't happen often - thank God for that!
