Maybe I'm missing it until the end, but this book might send you into a state of panic. Not for me. Adrenaline can be a good thing!

The first 4 chapters were the same thing reiterated over and over. Then didn't go in depth about the methods to overcome the anxiety. The meat of the topic (practical tips to overcome anxiety) seemed rushed.

Too repetitive

This book focuses on what stage fright is, what it feels like to have stage fright and how it effects a speaker. It never gets to how to overcome the problem. Anyone who would buy this book already knows what stage fright/anxiety is.
