I really like.

Definitely worth a listen!
This is a great book with some good techniques on dealing with anxiety and panic attacks. Actually has a chapter at the end explaining the science behind it all. Definitely worth a listen!

Do yourself a favor and listen this audiobook!
My anxiety was so controlling there were times I couldn’t leave my house. I was constantly battling anxious thoughts that made my life so miserable. In this audiobook, the author (a psychologist) walked me thru simple, easy to do steps to combat the seemingly endless anxiety dialogue in my head. The first day I devoured 1/2 the audiobook and my anxiety was already reduced. do yourself a favor and listen this audiobook!
