Quiet the mind

Very concise guide to improve focus



The whole audiobook is composed of different guided meditations and is a great tool for taking great care of yourself, advancing yourself psychologically and establishing a greater sense of well-being.

Reprogram my subconscious



This book helps you look deep within and observe layers of yourself that you might have avoided. I really love this book and the way the author has written this. It shows that she has so much experience dealing with someone who has ADHD.

Helpful for Beginners



At first, it was difficult to get into (probably because of my adhd) but the more I did it, the more I was willing to accept the moment, and not always be in a hurry to change it. This auidobook has helped me attain a peace that I haven't felt in a long time.

Good for learning how to meditate

Very good piece of work



I've been experimenting with meditation recently and so I found this audiobook. I try my best to stay focused the whole 30 minutes, but it's tough sometimes. However, I can notice an improvement in my ability to focus.

This is a top-notch book for guided meditation



This is a super helpful tool for people with ADHD that haven't practiced meditation before. Excellent tool for beginners. It will be helpful and will guide you through the exercises and visualizations.

Full control over your mind and body



I had a great experience. This audiobook has the potential to be life-changing for many people. I listen through the audiobook and I will recommend it to some of the teens that I work with to reduce their self-destructive behavior.
