Great listen for Beginners and advance

I found this book simple to understand and well written. It provides a lot of tips to support different aspects in lives, from work to relationships. The daily planner is a nice way to track your productivity and to organise your day.

Amazing and definite life changer

This book is perfect for me

This audiobook explains what the ADHD is and the different things in your mind it can affect. It also gives you some tips on how to control your anxiety and depression and how the ADHD nerve relates to those two things.

Very useful guide

Book that talks about a very important topic about ADHD. A disorder not to be taken lightly, which most often leads to depression and many women feel different and not understood, even in the family. In this book we find many explanations about it.
