This book was recommended to me by my Doctor for trauma healing and was really informative. I enjoyed it at 1.30 speed. This book needs a PDF for the healing exercises on chapter 6.

I actually really enjoyed this book. I learned a hand full of things and others I might of already known. I like that I was able to just listen and then towards the end be able to have the activities and exercises to follow, that made it helpful. I will try these as recommended and hope it works!

I thought this was perfect for anyone interested in Somatic Psychology and the concept of healing trauma within the body, instead of the head. There were discussion on causes as well as exercises for healing.
