This book is truly amazing inn. It hit on every aspect of trauma and how to work through it. Reminded us we are not alone and encouraged to take steps to take back our lives.

A Healing Listen
I’m a long-time viewer of Kati’s YouTube channel, and this book is the such a validating, compassionage and healing deep dive into trauma. The harder-to-listen descriptions are balanced by people’s stories and helpful insights, which helped me stay hopeful and focused. I would recommend this book to everyone - to those of us having a rough time, who want to support their loved ones, and who want to understand just how wonderfully adaptive our brains are.

Tools to overcome being ostracized when you don't follow the sheeple to Chemotherapy land. Where the white coat code of ethics pertains to doctors revenue NOT QUALITY OF CARE.
