The Diet that really fits for me!

What did you love best about Mediterranean Diet?

The recipes are the best part of the audio book. Mediterranean Diet is the best diet recipe book I have. I love all the recipes. Tasty and easy to prepare plus all healthy recipes.

What other book might you compare Mediterranean Diet to and why?

This audio book is one of a kind. Never had any other book like this.

A great performance over the whole audio book. have a pleasing quality of voice. Good to listen.

Everything about the help and the benefits that I can have about the diet. It doesn't limit you to have a great and very healthy meal.

Best Keto cookbook I've found!

The food (pictures) look absolutely yummy, and one glance at the recipe reassured me that I could replicated it. The recipes are well explained, and some of them even have URLs listed for videos that accompany them. The recipes each have icons that are extremely helpful, one glance can tell me if the recipe is egg free, nut free, dairy free, vegetarian, can be made in a slow cooker, can be made in one pot, or has a single serving option. Since I am the only member in my family that is currently following this diet, the single serving option will be especially useful for me.

Best book for Heart Healthy Recipes helps to reduce weight, Fight with the disease, the Best cookbook for everyone.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Mediterranean Diet?

I have tried HONEY-SPICE WALNUT TART, which comes out very well. I was very happy and my family members appreciated me. I cannot forget those moments.

I personally like chapter 8 MEDITERRANEAN DIET DESSERT RECIPES.

The Best!

The med diet is the best way to go for a healthy diet and this book is the best with recipes, guides, and ease of use. You can't go wrong here!

What did you like best about this story?

The best part about this book is the fact that there are over 250 diets listed and recipes that it's overwhelming. I love the variety it goes thru and I recommend it to anyone looking for a valuble and content rich cookbook.

This diet made me more self aware of what I was eating so self-awareness is the emotion I associate with this audiobook!

I wish I got this book sooner. It's simply astonishing of all the diets in this book and I love how it goes into details about the different ingredients being used. Great product and I highly encourage everyone to get it!

Lately I've been on a diet audiobook kick and this one did not disappoint! The author and narrator alike both did a great job at this book, and I was able to learn a lot and put some of the information to use immediately.

Health-promoting recipes!

I was amazed with the profound benefits of the Mediterranean diet. It’s a lifestyle I would want to incorporate as it makes sense and I’m positive I’ll only have small adjustments as I’m a lover of veggies and fishes. The foods one should take in and what to avoid are presented. With this appropriate guide, the myths I used to believe in regarding the said diet are straightened out.
