If you want to know what mediation is ALL about, this is it!
This book is one of the most comprehensive works on mindfulness and mediation. The authors provide a great overview of what is available to you and then engage in the practice thereof with practical examples. What I did appreciate mostly is the inclusiveness of practice, from Hinduism, Christian practices, to the Kabbalah and other sacred practices, religions and spiritual practices. All in all, an enriching experience, which I am going to draw on over and over again and come back to on an ongoing basis.
If you are not sure what this ‘meditation and mindfulness thing’ is all about or if you want to learn more, explore alternatives, or simply compare notes, this book is a great resource for you. May you find what you are looking for and in the process of reading this book, be blessed as much as I am. Thank you, a five star book for me.
