Wonderful bundle!

Provides interesting perspective

I am glad to have come across this book. It provides an interesting perspective on our internal monologue and it gives guidance on how to pick apart the negative thoughts we keep having and see if there's any truth to them at all.

Nice bundle!

This book has introduced to me, new perspectives on situations and events that I would of otherwise struggled to deal with but am now prepared to face.There are multiple chapters looking into different topics and so there will be something nearly everyone can respond/relate to.

Calming listen

This is something that instantly clicked for me. It isn't overly complicated, and a lot of these can be done rather quickly in the morning, during a break in the day or even right before bed. I was impressed by the narration and the music was disarming and calming. Great body of work.
