Terrific, uplifting ideas to improve your life.
I have definitely read and listened to my share of "self-help" books during my 20 or so years of self-discovery and improvement. This book rates in the top five for me. I've already listened to it twice in 3 days and have come away with great ideas that are easy to implement. We all need those little common sense reminders every so often to remind us of what really is important in the "big picture". I liked this book so much that I'm actually writing my first review since I joined Audible last year. "Easier Than You Think" is read by the Richard Carlson of "Don't Sweat The Small Stuff" books, his voice is friendly and easy to listen to. I am actually going to buy the print version also, just to be able to refer back quickly to some of his helpful suggestions. But, I am glad I did listen to it on audio first as I think it helps to sink deeper into my consciousness.

Great Book
This is a great book with simple advice and great tactics to handle achieving your goals and living a happier life. It emphasizes the ideas behind taking small steps and making small adjustments to your day, using small techniques to have a big impact on your life. I believe very strongly in the fact that if you take small action every single day you can make a big impact in your life over the course of a few months and years. This makes it so much easier to accomplish your goals and change your life and also help others. As they say in the scuba diving community miss by an inch miss by a mile, this means simply that if you are off by an inch while scuba diving in a certain direction you will ultimately be off by a mile. This applies in life also if you get yourself on track one inch at a time you will eventually be on track mile after mile.
