my favorite go to for mindfulness
I figure I have listen dozens of self-help audio books. in search for relief from difficult depressions with all their harsh, negative thinking. This wonderful workbook gets into the psychology of self criticism as well as its its counterpoint - the psychology of self compassion in ways that have really worked for me. I recommend it for anyone facing similar challenges
