Simple and straightforward
Although the concept set forth is pretty obvious, implementation of such behavior isn’t always easy. Henceforth, I liked the simplicity of the suggestions and tasks one will implement to achieve a change in behavior and attitude. The book is short and concise.

Amazing
Audible has made the capturing of knowledge so much easier. The content of this book is worth sharing and I have taken the liberty to do so. Enjoyed the information and looking foward to read some more from the author.
