About this listen

I’m the last single mom standing.

We had a plan. Move into my great aunt’s old house and raise our kids together. Just four best friends, doing their best to stay afloat.

But then three of them had to go and fall in love.

Now, my crumbling brownstone is filled with loving couples, leaving me in the cold.

And the pressure is on to finish fixing things up.

But just when I’ve given up hope, a contractor shows up at my door, tape measure at the ready to make my home renovation dreams come true.

But there’s a catch. He’s overbearing, bossy, and infuriatingly handsome.

Our personalities immediately clash, and for once, the faulty wiring isn’t the cause of all the sparks. Despite my best attempts to get rid of him, he persists, fixing things and winning over my roommates, and eventually my kids.

And when a burst pipe results in a hot and heavy make-out session, I’m left wondering if my man-hating days might be behind me.

Because he’s not just renovating my home, but fixing all the cracks in my jaded heart.

Perfect and worth the credit!

This entire series was great. I was looking forward to Delia's story and it did not disappoint. I am going to miss these moms. The narration was fantastic and I loved Enzo's accent.

Fantastic Narration

Joe Arden never disappoints! Loved hearing Delia’s story and the finale of the Momcom series. With so many characters the way the narration was executed added another layer to this heartfelt story.

Falling hard

Becks triumphs again! Enzo was perfect for Delia, and exactly what she needed. The narration was excellent and added so much to this story. Watching them go from adversarial to fully gone for each other was adorable. Spice is open door, around 🌶️🌶️🌶️. Seeing Enzo go so above and beyond to give Delia and the girls what they need - and especially challenging and loving her daughters - warmed my heart. This series was so well done, keeping authentic voices for all characters while having a different feel for each book!

Daphne is my hero.

A famous booktoker recently asked who in this series was your favorite man? I responded: I understand this wasn’t the question, but may I say? My favorite character in the series is far and away Delia. All four authors handled her beautifully. Especially Daphne Elliot, of course! You should read these books in order. They're fun!

The BEST Ending to a Series

Delia & Enzo's story may be my FAVORITE of all the Mom-Com Books!! Delia has such a strong barrier around her heart & Enzo has to work EXTRA hard to break through!! Enzo is so patient & doesn't scare easily & he proves to Delia & the other Mom's that he is a GREAT guy & loves Delia & her twins with his whole heart! I truly love & appreciate the way all the stories were wrapped up with a bow in the Epilogue!!! Joe Arden & Samantha Brentmoor did a FANTASTIC job Narrating!!

Perfect ending to the Mom Coms!

Overall Rating: 4/5⭐️
Spice Level: 2/5🌶️
Audio: 5/5🎧

Mother Hater brings the Mom Coms to an end and I just adored this series so much. It brought so many smiles to my face. I was able to connect to this series so much being a mother, I felt so seen. This was a perfect wrap up to the Mom Coms, including the series epilogue that made me so happy!

Mother Hater tells Delia and Enzo’s story. Delia is a huge “man hater” and believes you don’t ever need a man to get things done. She carries the weight of everything on her shoulders and the mental load it takes on her is so relatable. In comes Enzo, CEO of his family construction company, to do the remodel of the brownstone. The spark is instantaneous between the two, but will she actually let him in?

The narration of this book was so good! Their voices worked great together and the banter had me cracking up. They both put in the perfect amount of emotion into the story.

Gave me all the feels.

Mother Hater is the final book in the Momcom series.
All the books and audiobooks were great.
I loved seeing Delia and the twins' growth. The push-pull of Enzo and Delia was so endearing. But honestly, seeing Delia’s HEA gave me all the feels.
Plus, let's not forget the narration was perfection.
