Neuro linguistic programming is useful and easy

Neuro linguistic programming is a handy tool. It takes some time in my experience with reading this book, but some of the methods are used by lots of people and actually work well. I recommend checking it out!

Depression management techniques

If you want to deal with managing depression, this book can really help you out. Very unique and interesting methods are discussed and you can test them out and see what works best for you.

Learn how to be optimistic!

Learning how to be optimistic takes time and effort, but if you have the right knowledge of how to do it, you can gradually make big changes. I loved listening to this book and learning how to do these techniques!

Breaking the habit

Breaking the habit of negative thinking is one of the most important tools in coping with negative emotional states. I liked the approach of this book because it gives practical knowledge of how to engage with your mind and thinking habits so you can take control.

NLP anchors are awesome!

Creating NLP anchors is SO COOL! At first I was really skeptical that it could work, but I have been using one for a few days now and I can recall a feeling of happiness whenever I want. Not sure how much of that is the placebo effect, but then again, I guess that is the point, to trick your brain into thinking something different than it is.

Mastering your emotions is a gradual process

If you want to get into a better mental state, nlp might be a good solution. It’s a gradual process but it can work long term as long as you don’t expect dramatic instant results!
