A definite buy!
This audiobook was really lovely! It's good for creative people who kind of need to get out of their own heads for a bit and do... well, nothing. The illustrations are lovely as well - Tess Jansen is one of my favorite artists and those offer enough inspiration on their own!

Diminish the hold of the attention economy
This audiobook is a plea to separate ourselves from the attention economy. Tess Jansen does a wonderful job of convincing us to slow down and take some time in nature to reflect on what is really important in life and not depend so heavily on our advertising manic society.
I highly recommend this one.

Highly recommended
My therapist recommended this audiobook to me for my anxiety and depression. I find it incredibly helpful. I listen through the chapters that I thought applied to me, and then I went back to each chapter and started working on the exercises in it until I felt comfortable to move on to a new one. I like that it gives you examples of how to do each exercise, and suggestions on how to incorporate them into your habits. I will be consulting this book for years to come I think.
