About this listen

Power has been attained. The world is breaking. A promise must be held.

The times have changed, and the winds are pushing against the caravan. Life is becoming tougher, but the people stay strong, lest they would fall like so many others.

Monty is brought to face many powerful people, but so few give him answers. A powerful enemy nears, a target is on the backs of the humans, and a daunting task is ahead of him. Some ask him to run, to live a life of peace, but he refuses.

The bringer of balance does not break his promise.

This was a great book! Honestly, the series was fantastic. I simply can't believe this series ended like it did however. It feels like the Author ended the series halfway though just as the MC was going to take an active role in the world instead of stumbling into problems. Knowing that, if I could go back and not read this series I would.

Great book!

This wasn’t half bad. It wasn’t the best LitRPG/isekai but it was fairly above average. I enjoyed the old man getting about, complaining about his old bones, while also watching him grow exponentially in power and levels, healing and kicking ass when it mattered. It’s not fast paced, but it’s entertaining. There’s no sex or adult humor at all, just a traveling caravan that keeps finding trouble. I will definitely buy the next book. I like Monty
