outstanding series

One of my favorites now, dying to know what Ishmael did from here though, haven't been riveted like this since The Annihilation Series.

A Masterpiece

it has been perhaps 30 years since I have been so invested in a series. I didn't always agree with the twists and turns but the characters had a life of Their Own and I truly enjoyed following them sharing it with them. Thanks for taking me along for the ride

exceptional

I loved the whole series. Wish it continued on! I felt like I was a part of Ishmail's life. It was an enthralling ride.

Nathan Lowell understated writing got me

It took a book or two, but Author Nathan Lowell’s slow, understated writing style, got me. Well thought out characters that slowly unveil themselves in situations that also slowly evolve.
Nathan Lowell is one of my favorite audiobook authors… quite a contrast to another favorite, Martha Wells of that novella hit series Murderbot

Excellent!

I truly enjoyed the entire series! From the first words of volume one, to the last notes of this Grand Finale. I have always been partial to Space Opera, and I consider this collection to have been particularly excellent! I was hooked from the start, and though I truly enjoyed the the ride I was saddened to have reached the end of the line. It's feelings such as this that let me know I have experienced a special example of the genre. I highly recommend it!

A delightful tale

This series just got better and better with each book and this was an excellent conclusion. Assuming it is, in fact, the end of the story. It was not the end I expected out the one I hoped for, but it was well done.

I’m never ready for these books to end.

I enjoy being drawn in to feel like I personally know each character and then struggle, celebrate, and feel angst as events unfold.

Love this series.

Great series, with probably my favorite ending to a book written in this book. I read or listen to this series at least every other month. You won’t regret getting to know Ishmael Horatio Wong and the cast of characters around him!

great story

this has to be one of the best stories I've heard in a while. I love how much all the character grow throughout the books. I'm reviewing this one for the series as a whole. I appreciate the fact that each book leaves off at a point where it makes sense instead of a forced break, and the story picks back up where it makes sense. the series also doesn't have a lot of filler content. each chapter builds upon the previous and has a purpose and removing one would make a later chapter incomplete.
