An eye opener for how body posture and alignment impacts pain

Great book overall. There were a lot of “a-ha” moments where I thought, “This explains a lot about how I’ve been feeling!” The problem with the audible version is that you can’t really visualize the exercises, and the companion PDF doesn’t break down the exercises into each menu block. So, as I’m embarking on actually doing the exercises, I have to cross reference, go back to the audio, find and listen again to the block for what to do and how to do them, and go back to look at the PDF for the pictures that show the positions. Not convenient or intuitive.

If you don’t have the time to literally sit and read the book, the audiobook helps a lot. But you’d probably still want to buy the book for the convenience of having it at hand when it comes to applying the principles.

that our pain is mostly about our bodies being out of balance f ett om a sedentary lifestyle

no nonsense, do it and it works, plain and simple excercises that don't make alot of time

A good book if you gave the hard copy with diagram

This is a very good book to understand pain, it is excellent if you listen it and refer to the diagram of the hard copy. It would be nice if the audio book can include those diagram in pdf.

Great information presented well.

I love everything about the book. the only thing I would not want in an audiobook are the instructions because it's hard to visualize them without seeing it on video so I couldn't keep up.

very effective for handling pain

Phenomenal results available with relatively regular practice of Egoscue. Read the first 5 chapters and then go to the chapter that applies to you is my advice

Needs visuals

if you're interested in this book, I recommend getting a visual copy. The majority of the book is explanations for how to perform exercises. While he does a good job explaining them, it would be easier to understand with example pictures.

Too Bad The PDF does not show the exercises

It's really hard to be able to do these exercises when the PDF is just an explanation of what the exercises of based on but does not show any diagrams. The only way this book is worthwhile is to get a hard copy, not the Audible version.
