Outstanding!
I bought the paperback for photos but also got the audible version so that I could lay on the floor and just listen as my back was out LOL. The whole first part is theory which you MUST grasp before doing exercises - so if you are in pain, do yourself a favor. Buy the audible version and lay on your belly and relax and listen. Help is on the way.

One of the best books written - I think my opinion matters even more for readers as I am a practicing orthopedic surgeon - this would save the epidemic of unnecessary surgeries by 50% at least if not more

The exercises chapter is where the gold is. It’s already helping my chronic low back pain of over 10 years, but a PDF or other visual would make this the best book on back pain in Audible
