Good pace to adjust
This was a great guide for people wanting to learn a little more about the benefits and to be reassured about the safety of fasting. I have to say, fasting has changed my life. I bought this book after having watched several videos on Youtube on the topic of fasting This book was clearly explained for a numpty like me.

Happy I found this
Lots of valuable information. This book gave me a greater understanding of IF. Knowing the why behind the idea will help me buy into the process more easily. With this guide, I am pretty confident I can now get to any weight I want. The book is important in that it helps you break long-held thoughts and misconceptions about eating and going without food.

Glad to have this
This is an ideal audiobook for me. It is actually quite stunning to peruse, which is exceptionally enlightening about Intermittent fasting for women. Through the help of this guide, I am excited to attempt my first extended fat fast before I work my way into a true extended fast.

Concise and to the point
I definitely recommend this book for anyone who is interested in learning the in and outs of Intermittent fasting. A lot of interesting tips about weight loss, burn fat, heal your body, and more useful information.
The author provides valuable information about the importance of sleep for weight loss, tips, and strategies for reducing stress, schedules of fasting, and more. Listening to this guide will let you know all the important information you need to know to do it properly.
I found out that If you are committed to change the way you eat and remain consistent with your fasting schedule, you'll get the best weight loss results. Glad to know that fasting is not a trend but instead has been a part of some religious practices including Buddhism, Islam, and Christianity for many years.
If you want to stay fit and healthy, get this book. Highly recommended!

Inside this book, you will learn how intermittent fasting works, its history, types and schedules, health benefits, the process, weight loss, nutrition, different methods for everyday living, tips, and sample meal plans, intermittent fasting for women, and the best tips for burning fat.
This book has literally changed my life. I did all the information laid out by here, I saw a great difference now. After 3 months, my weight now is 150 lbs from 205 lbs.

Concise and to the point
What an incredible book it is! I have recently started Intermittent Fasting this book very helpful. It is extremely viable for weight reduction. The other books I read were a bunch of scientific facts, that were hard to understand, but this guide is very concise and easy to understand.
Having it was life-changing. The author will guide you on how to do the Intermittent Fasting correctly. Lots of information and examples to let you understand easily. I find it very helpful especially for women.
This guide boosts me to share the things I've learned and understood from this guide. I'm now aware of my calorie, maintain self-control, and be consistent.

Fabulous audible
I have learned a great deal from this book. It's a substantial but easy to read book which covers all aspects of fasting. Each chapter has a list of references which enable the reader to research the subject in even greater depth and there are comments from people who have actually experienced the process.

Extremely helpful guide!
Really got me thinking about my health and easily motivated me to begin skipping breakfast. I'm trying to lose weight/fat and hopefully this will enhance my low carb plan. Beyond that though and most importantly, all the health benefits derived from this simple change make it an absolute no brainer for me. I'm excited, motivated and very hopeful. This book is a keeper, will definitely read again to soak it all in.
