Recommended guide

A lot of my colleagues have been looking for some guide like this. They were into bodybuilding but they don't what exactly to follow. I found this audible book and just listened to it. I have discovered my mistakes so I want to change my lifestyle. I would love to recommend this book to my colleagues and friends. It must be of a great help.

This book somehow helps me how to build my body right through vegan diet. Protein intake is the main concern for many athletes and bodybuilders who want to switch to a vegan diet. Therefore this book has provided all the necessary facts about a vegan diet in general and, in particular, about protein intake. I should have found this book before.

Helpful manual

This is incredibly a helpful manual, designed to provide you with the exact tools you need to achieve your health and fitness goals as a plant-based athlete. This book covered on everything from how to create a workout routine, to how to select quality foods and ingredients to prepare plant-based meals, to what to eat for improved athletic performance, to how to prevent and overcome injuries. Good, good, good.

Not bad for me.

I'm not looking to become a bodybuilder, but I am wanting to lose a small amount of weight and get fit toned. And frankly, I was sick of the usual fitness advice. My diet now is so diverse and I really enjoy the food I’m eating. I highly recommend this book for a change.

Amazing!

I just couldn't believe that this book promises 7- day transformation with plant based bodybuilding. This book provides enough information to finally reach my goal. I will update my review once I experience the total transformation of my body. Great guide so far.

Great book for Vegan

This exactly what I am looking for the whole time. I have failed a lot of times trying to get the right body shape result. I have discovered a lot of things from this audible book. I hope I won't fail this time. I would love to recommend this book to my friends who have been trying to develop and train their muscles through a vegan diet due to the lack of animal protein. I am so thankful to this book.

I really enjoyed this book.

I was not expecting that this book could give me more information regarding vegan bodybuilding and fitness. I have been purchasing lots of books like this but haven't gotten the desired resut. Well, this book has given the courage to pursue my goal. This path won't be easy but with the help of this book, everything seems to be on its way. I really appreaciate this.
